Doug Price has spent the majority of his career in broadcasting and broadcast-related philanthropy, most of it fulfilling his calling to ministry through Christian broadcasting. 

Highlights of Doug’s career include 13 years at the television and radio stations of Storer Broadcasting Company based in Miami Beach, Florida. He worked several posts with Storer at WITI TV Milwaukee, their corporate headquarters in Miami Beach and later as Vice President and Area Manager for Storer Cable TV of Texas based in Houston, Texas. His first call ministry came at First Baptist Church of Houston as Minister of Media producing television and radio programs for Dr. John Bisagno. In 1995, Doug moved to the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex to serve KCBI Radio as Vice President of Development and later as Director of Operations working with Dr. Ron Harris.

After KCBI, Doug accepted the post of Vice President and General Manager of Christian radio station KVTT 91.7 FM and served briefly in 2010 as Senior Development Officer at MANNA Worldwide, an international Christian child sponsorship missionary organization. He later moved to Hope For The Heart with June Hunt as Director of Broadcast Communications.

Prior to MEDIA Alliance, Doug was Associate Vice President for Development at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth. Doug lives in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife, Dian. They have two grown children and five grandchildren. He is an ordained Southern Baptist Minister with a specific calling to communicate Christ through media.
